Each bracelet of Damasca jewelry is hand-crafted and uniquely made with a rare Turquoise stone as a centerpiece and requires delicate handling.

After each wear, gently wipe with a soft jewelry cloth and store in a jewelry box.

Avoid undue moisture and should your item get wet, make sure to dry it off. Gold-plated metals can tarnish over time when exposed to chemicals such as pool and seawater, household cleaning agents, hair spray, perfume, and lotions. We strongly advise that you wait until after any body-made products are dry.

Always apply perfume before wearing your gold-plated jewelry as a negative reaction may occur that can result in loss of color, texture change; this can also naturally occur from certain skin pH levels.

Please keep in mind that all plated metals will eventually be subject to loss of color and tarnishing as this is a natural process that all metals go through as time passes but following these jewelry care instructions can delay that. Remember, tarnishing does not mean the materials are of bad quality, it just means that your jewelry was well used and well-loved.

    1. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We highly abide by the “no exchange, no return” policy. First of all, we can guarantee you that our gold and silver-plated bracelets are made out of high-quality materials. However, it is inevitable that they tarnish at some time. We offer items that are reasonable with their worth.

    1. WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you have input an incorrect shipping address on your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@damascajewels.com. Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address. We advise you to reach out to your local post directly as they may be able to redirect your parcel. Orders returned due to an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If for any reason at all we are unable to fulfill your order, we will:

All orders are assigned to a tracking number that should enable you to monitor the delivery progress of your parcel. Please note for international orders – once parcels have departed the sorting hub, you will need to track your parcel via your country’s postal service.

Our deliveries will require a signature on receipt, so please ensure you provide a suitable delivery address where a recipient is able to sign for the parcel when it arrives.

 

Please remember we are unable to redirect goods once your order has been

shipped. We are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances which may

cause your delivery to be late.
